Gale found Gary standing in a corner wearing a large metal helmet. He was closing a circular window in the center of the helmet. He turned to face her.

“How was your appointment with the eye doctor, hon?” said Gale.

“Fine,” said Gary.

“I see you got your new glasses.”

“I did.“

“Do you like them?”

“I like the lens,” he said, “but the frames are a little on the heavy side.”

“You’ll get used to them.  It always takes time to break in new glasses.”

“Yes, dear,” he nodded and fell forward onto the floor.
